Getting to
The Big Beach Weekender could not be easier.

Ryde Harbour Beach benefits from being just along from the Ryde Transport Interchange that includes the Southern Vectis Bus Station, the Island Line "Ryde Esplanade" and "Ryde Pier Head" train stations, the Wightlink Catamaran Ryde to Portsmouth passenger ferry, the Hovertravel Ryde to Southsea Hovercraft service and Ryde's taxi rank. 


You can also access the Island via the Red Funnel Ferries routes from Southampton to Cowes & East Cowes 

Southern Vectis operates an all night bus service on Friday and Saturday nights.

Island Line

South Western Railway’s Island Line are supporting The Big Beach Weekender by extending their last service. This means the last train from Ryde Esplanade to Ryde Pier Head, will be at 22.57 on all 3 nights, in order to meet Wightlink's last Fast Cat back to the mainland at 23.10

For those wishing to get back to Ryde St Johns Rd, Brading, Sandown or Shanklin, the last train will depart Ryde Esplanade at 23:20 

 

Park and Ride is also available at Ryde St John’s Road.
Park anytime from 12:00 to 23:59 for £1.20 and catch the train to  Ryde Esplanade for £1.60 based on an adult return.
