The Big Beach Weekender presents the Island’s biggest 90's dance party night this summer

Rhythm Of The 90’s, the UK’s number one 90’s dance anthems covers band, are back after a year's absence and they can't wait to get you moving once again.  

 

With their infectious energy, incredible musicianship, and nostalgia-filled set, Rhythm of the 90s have managed to uncover the sweet spot of combining the best electronic dance music of the 90s with all of the benefits of a live band and gig experience.

 

With numerous sold-out shows across the UK, and festival appearances, including Glastonbury, Victorious, Love Saves The Day, Latitude, Y NOT, Truck, Hamburg Pride and many more, their popularity continues to skyrocket - especially here on the Island! 

With 2 hours of music in their arsenal, expect to hear classic hits from Darude, The Prodigy, Sash, Faithless, Haddaway, Robin S, Corona, Baby D, N-Trance, plus many more, all performed by a FULLY LIVE 7 piece band.

Rhythm Of The 90's will be supported by the Galactic DJ's (well known Island DJ's DJ Jakey Chan & Oli Whitehurst) & Ian "Knocka" Dore's Dynamite Throwback.

will be opening our show. Anyone that knows these guys knows that this will be a super creative set, choc full of absolute 90's classics, with some unexpected twists and turns, exciting mash ups and some of the finest mixing and scratching skills you'll find. They'll be spinning the tunes as soon as the gates open at 6pm, so arrive bang on time, and we'll get you in as quickly as possible, so that you can enjoy what will be a very special, fun packed set.

Ian "Knocka" Dore will be celebrating the Ryde clubbing scene of the 90's of which he was such a big part, spinning the tunes you'd have heard back in the day at his "Dynamite" club nights, when he brought 90's legends such as DJ Lisa Lashes, Alex P, Stretch-and Vern, Lisa Pin Up Official, Jeremy Healy, Brandon Block, Jon OO Fleming, Chad Jackson and the Cafe Mambo Tour to our neighbours at The Balcony.
