    • The Nimbus Access Card

    Medical and Welfare
Medical / welfare facilities will be available on site each evening along with mobile medical patrols.

  • We will not be supplying a disabled viewing platform for this event. However there will be a designated disabilty floor viewing area with a temporary hard standing surface over the sand. Likewise a temporary hard standing “roadway” will be erected on the sand for access to the disabled viewing area.

  • No worries! Our system can partially check your party in, but please ensure they have a copy of the E-ticket too for us to scan.

  • This year, for our first year in Ryde, we will be restricting ticket supply well below our maximum licensed capacity limit, so on the gate / walk up tickets will depend entirely on whether we still have capacity or not.

With this in mind we advise buying tickets in advance.

However should tickets remain available then we will keep our online booking system open during the evening of the show, so that you can purchase online even once the event is underway. Last entry for each evening will be 9pm.

  • No, the shows will only be cancelled if the event is deemed unsafe due to high winds or prolonged heavy rain.

We want you to enjoy your show experience as best you can if it is raining and therefore please dress sensibly and accordingly to the conditions.

And hey, let's look on the bright side......if it is chucking it down, at least we won't have any mud issues!

  • Tickets are non-refundable irrespective of the issue we're afraid.

  • Yes, we will have small selection of carefully selected, quality mobile food concessions available throughout each evening.

  • Yes, although last re-admission will be 9pm

  • We're afraid not. No food or alcoholic drink will be allowed to be brought into the beach arena. Bottled water in non glass bottles is allowed. As part of our commitment to reducing plastic waste we would encourage you to bring either canned water or your own refillable drink bottle.

  • We will operate and enforce a strict Challenge 25 policy at all our bars. Please make sure that you bring an acceptable form of identification such as driving licence or passport.

Bringing alcohol into the beach arena is strictly prohibited. It will be available to purchase at our event bars.

We will be operating a zero tolerance policy on drugs.

  • On the comedy evening we will have a limited supply of deck chair tickets which will be pre-positioned at the front of the arena for anyone that has bought an applicable ticket. General admission tickets will require the holder to bring their own camping chair or picnic blanket.

On the Party and Dance evenings we will have a supply of deck chairs available at the edges of the beach arena available for general use.

  • No , but all of Ryde's usual town centre and seafront car parking will be available for use.

  • Smoke machines, strobe lights, lasers, pyrotechnics and other effects will be in use at this event, although this is likely to be much reduced during the Thursday Comedy evening.  Anyone affected by these should bear this in mind.

  • Yes, absolutely. We will have medical / welfare facilities available for each evening,  along with mobile medical patrols on the Friday and Saturday evenings

  • We're afraid not! Unless it is a guide dog of course.

  • We will be running a cashless, payment card system at the bars and food outlets

  • Yes, we will be operating a bag search policy at the entrance to the beach arena.

We may also search you using a pat-down method, or a security wand and will be employing drugs sniffer dogs & handlers.

  • Whilst the stage will actually be situated in Eastern Gardens it will be positioned so that it faces over the sea wall directly towards the beach and the Solent.

Eastern Gardens will be our backstage / production area and you, our audience, will be on the beach. So we suggest wearing footwear that is suitable for being on sand.

  • Our audience will be on the beach so please choose an option that you feel will suit walking / dancing on the sand.
